You could say:

“Feminism has definitely achieved a lot, like giving women the right to vote, work, and control their own lives in the UK at least. But there are still issues like pay inequality, harassment, and underrepresentation in leadership. Many girls across the world are still being denied the education, safety and opportunities they need to shape their own lives. And we’re now seeing some hard won gains being lost. That’s why it hasn’t gone ‘too far’, we’re not done yet.”
